هذا المشهد، تجده ذائقتي من أعظم المشاهد التي مرَّت بتاريخ السينما البشرية، لا يملُّ الإنسان من تكراره أبداً.
مايكل دنكان في الميل الأخضر كان كما لم يكن ممثلٌ في فيلم، وأيضاً توم هانكس، أتوقّع أن الأرواح التي طارداها بالتجسيم قد تبنتهما فعلاً، لله كم كانا رائعين، وكل أحد كان كذلك، بجوف هذا الفيلم العظيم حقاً، والأسطوري.
هذا الفيلم لقد تربع زمانها على عرش السينما طويلاً، أيام كان للسينما معنى، من شغل وتمثيل وكتابة وتفكير، لا بهارج صناعة فحسب، كما هو الحال الآن.
